Limit Subjective decisions

Ranking or assesing players should not be subjective irrespective of how many people are involved to average out. We should move to a data driven process for anssessing players either based on previous tournament or pre tournament qualifiers or something else that can be quantified easily. It also paves the way for players to move up in rankings without being dependent on others point of view.
