Streamline common protocols - scoring, pd.

When a team is already upset or surprised by the outcome, it’s not ideal to ask them to handle due diligence like calculating scores or PD.

It would help to have this built into the process so everything is streamlined and there’s no guesswork. This is the second time something like this has happened, and without changes, it likely won’t be the last.

Would be great to prioritize this. 🙏
