Single selector selecting their own team is not good

Individual selecting their own team or a team, is not good as everyone thinks differently for what it take to form a winning team. Single person deciding, doesn’t bring diversity of thoughts. It would be good to have more people from the team participate in the team formation once they get selected. Atleast 2-3 players per team should contribute to the team selection.
