2-3 weeks Tournament practice is a MUST

The days leading up to the tournament are important for a team to get to know each other and adjust to each other's styles. For a community like ours, where we get to know people better by spending more time together amid work and home responsibilities, this is essential.

This won't happen if a player doesn't have the time to play with the team. They are 0-2. They don't get to know their neighbors better, and they are not practicing to play doubles with each team member.

Players who are no-shows until a couple of days before the tournament have the responsibility to opt out. It's okay because they can play in the next tournament, which is usually only 3-4 months away.
